James 5:7 “Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.”
What if we had no patience? Impatience kills whatever faith exists.
Patience is a hands-on demonstration to God we believe in Him. It’s our clear message to God we will wait on Him to do His will and that we will wait for as long as it takes. It means we will not be moved by adversity, pain, suffering, or trials. Patience and faith are so intertwined we can say patience is the outcome of faith and faith is the outcome of patience.
Patience wins out in the end because God is a being of infinite time. He may seem to take a long time to us to do what he needs to do, but those who wait upon Him will not wait in vain.
Lack of patience creates chaos. Patience takes believing and turns it into knowing.
The seasons of life bring change. That is inevitable. But in the end, when we are patient, God gives us strength to keep going through a hectic, chaotic day, and He provides all our needs. Patience means standing firm, being stable, being unmoving, and being unwavering.
To the KING!!

As I sit at the computer at 3:22am after seeing my husband off once again, this blog rings true in my heart. Although I know preparations are finally being made for us to reunite under one roof in the Maryland area after almost a year of being apart, it’s still hard to wait on the move. I find crying out to the Lord, alot, has helped me tremendously to see His hand in this time of separation and actually thank Him (most days, anyway) for the one on one time I’ve had to study His Word and make it real in my life. As you so simply stated, “Lack of patience creates chaos. Patience takes believing and turns it into knowing.” This statement pretty much sums up my mindset about God’s timing and its perfection. Thank you, Claire, once again, for making God’s word (and His way) a little easier to understand. You are a blessing!
Patience, many say they want it but, Oh what it takes to receive it. God uses patiences to build what He wants from us in us, and that is to be more like His Son. God loves us to much to leave us as we are. Patiences is who God is. He is Longsuffering (Patiences) with us
